Prior to that, Paul McNellis was the Institutional Fixed Income Specialist for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)-Oppenheimer, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies with regards to fixed income instruments. Recent speaking engagements include the Northwestern Mutual Central Regional Meeting, January 2006, where Paul McNellis was recognized as the #1 Producer for the Central Region and the Northwestern Mutual Annual Meeting, July 2007, where Paul McNellis was a featured speaker on the topic of Executive Benefits and BOLI. He was also highlighted in the Northwestern Mutual newsletter, Columns', in February 2006.Paul McNellis graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Psychology in 1991. Paul McNellis has qualified for Northwestern Mutual Forum in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Paul has reached the Northwestern Mutual Central Regional Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Leader levels as well as being named the Premium Leader in the Central Region in 2005.

Paul is married to Bridget, they have two daughters, Madeline and Mary, and they reside in St. Charles, Illinois.
